CRITERIA:

1.? Must be a resident of Perquimans County for 6 Months.

2.? Must be at least 21 years of age.

3.? Must have no domestic violence convictions.

4.? Must have no violent crime convictions.

5.? Must not have been convicted for any crime in which a prison sentence of more than one (1) year was served.

6.? Must have no felony convictions.

7.? Must satisfy the Sheriff as to good moral character.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.? Must complete application provided by the Sheriff with true and correct information.

2.? Must show proper identification prior to receiving a permit.
